As part of our Recruitment Process, all personnel are fully screened to BS7858:2019,  as well as undergoing an Enhanced DBS and Right to Work checks.  It is essential to hold a valid SIA Licence and the validity of this licence is regularly checked via the Security Industry Authority website.  Once employment commences there will be an ongoing training programme designed for all personnel dependant on the role undertaken.
